I hope you are all doing well and that you started off this week with determination and a positive attitude. I am back today with a recipe for you guys and I know you will love it as much as my family and I do. Also before I even continue, did you see what I am loving this season when it comes to decor? So, it rained all weekend and the cold was really creeping up, I don’t know about you but cold weather makes me crave a nice warm and hearty meal and this is what I decided upon, a delicious coconut milk fish curry. Autumn is here,

Hello everyone, can you imagine it’s November? I know time has really flown, we were just melting a while ago with all the summer heat and wishing the cold weather would hurry up. Anyway, today I am back with some comfort, colour and cosy Autumn decor I am loving. This season, I am on a mission to revamp my living room since we are due for some new sofas and just overall a new look for a change. Also I have noticed that my tastes have really changed and I am more into bolder decor and more of prints other than plain all grey or white. So what do you think I am loving? As a busy mum, I try to figure out what is the quickest and fastest meal I can be able to prepare and still make time for my almost 6 month old and 5 year old. Now, I don’t really make fast meals everyday but there are days when I literally can’t think of anything else to cook without it having too many steps. So when that time comes, my easy vegetable fried rice hits the spot and is ready in minutes compared to my beef pilau recipe or the salmon fish cakes. Speaking of the weekend, I went for my usual grocery shopping in aldi and after lots of rummaging through all those baskets and trying to find where the special buys are, I ended up finding some skincare products which to be honest, really looked good. It really has been a long time since my last post. How are you all doing? I should be apologising for not been around but I won’t even lie, it has really been awful, I am dealing with the 4 month sleep regression which is totally driving me nuts, on the positive side, this is my 100th post. Hey there,

So baby boy is almost 4 months old and oh my has it been a journey. I never thought sleep deprivation would feel normal. Anyway I know it will change as he gets older but I sure wish it would happen sooner. The past few months have been quite adventurous to say the least. I’ve had ups and downs, the loudest house on the block, no longer have anything to wear due to spit ups, more poopy diapers than I can count and let’s just say I have accepted that my hair literally stays unkempt for as long as I wish and nobody should and can tell me nothing. I know it’s been a while and after hearing it’s all about the swaddle and that they deliver better and longer sleeps, here is what I think about some I’ve used.

I hope your all having a lovely day today and are ready for a great week. I have always wanted to do a post like this where I get a recipe from Pinterest that I like, give it a try and show you guys how it turned out instead of just pinning it and never getting a chance to make it. Also I am planning on making it a thing on here whereby I get to try recipes on Pinterest weekly. During the weekend, I bought some apples thinking that my son would snack on them but sadly, that never happened. That’s why this one bowl apple cake (Pinterest try) was the perfect recipe for me.
