HEALTHY OATMEAL PANCAKES

HEALTHY OATMEAL PANCAKES

If you’re a breakfast person and are looking for a go-to filling breakfast, then these healthy oatmeal pancakes are the ones for you. How are you all doing by the way? I hope all is well and are still staying safe, today I am back with a breakfast recipe for you. I first made them when I told myself I was on a diet for like the millionth time and needed breakfast to keep me going for longer and handle my hunger during workouts.

The best part about these is that they are fun to make and if you have little ones who can help you, then they will love these. Not your typical shape since as much as you try to form a perfect circle, they go their own direction and as my mum said “butterfly pancakes” but the taste is worth it. Also once you make the mixture, you will think that it’s either too runny but don’t worry they turn out great. For this recipe, you will need;

EASY ROASTED TOMATO SOUP RECIPE

EASY ROASTED TOMATO SOUP RECIPE

There is just something about warm, comforting soups that does it for me, especially in the chilly evenings. One of my favourites and most loved soups would have to be my easy roasted tomato soup recipe. Roasting them instead of boiling them just makes a great difference and you retain most of the flavour. If you haven’t tried this version before, then no worries because I am going to share with you my recipe and I know if you’re a soup lover, then ready up the garlic bread because this one is for you. Unlike my butternut squash soup, this one tends to be a lot simpler but very delicious at the same time. Lightly spiced, and all you need is your oven and an immersion blender to do all the work for you. For this recipe, you will need;

Busy evenings, who doesn’t love them, right? Anyway just joking. If you’re like me and tend to end up rustling up dinner while still thinking of how many million things you still have to do before the day ends, then this one-pot sausage and pasta recipe is one to have on hand. All in one pot, no need of cooking the pasta beforehand and packs a punch when it comes to great flavour. Depending on what kind of sausage you like using, you can pick your favourite but if you can find kielbasa, then I suggest you use that. The last addition of cheese brings this dish altogether and adds a creamy texture that will not disappoint. For this recipe, you will need;

HOW TO MAKE COCONUT MANGO PANNA COTTA

HOW TO MAKE COCONUT MANGO PANNA COTTA

Hello Friends,

I hope you’re all having a great day today. I am back with a recipe for you on how to make coconut mango panna cotta. This one right here is one pretty dessert and perfect for entertaining too. Since the warmer weather is starting to leave us, one last summery dessert won’t hurt. Both flavours complement each other really well and just makes it look and taste incredibly tropical, making you want a vacation real bad. This is a recipe you would need to start a day to two ahead since you would need to let the first layer set first before adding the second layer, but don’t worry because it’s totally worth it. I also served them in wine glasses but if you have clear ramekins, that would be great too to be able to appreciate the layers. Okay, onto the recipe now. You will need;

MY EASY HOMEMADE CHAPATI RECIPE

MY EASY HOMEMADE CHAPATI RECIPE

Hello Everyone,

This past weekend, I decided to relive one of my childhood memories once again when it comes to food and make some chapatis for my family. There are different ways to make them but this is the way I learnt when I was young and I never changed it since they always turn out perfect every time. Back home in Kenya, chapati can be found anywhere and in any restaurant, on most occasions, parties you name it. It’s one of those meals that just has to be there whenever there’s a celebration or most Sundays like in our household. I like pairing mine with some chicken stew, chicken tikka masala, kachumbari and even have one with a nice cup of tea for breakfast. So today I will be sharing with you my easy homemade chapati recipe with some updated pictures. You will need;

SWEET FLUFFY HOMEMADE DINNER ROLLS

Gosh, this week seems to be flying pretty quick. I hope you’re all having a good one and managing to accomplish all you wanted to do. Since It’s Wednesday, I always publish a recipe post and today, these sweet fluffy homemade dinner rolls are definitely the ones to try. Honestly, these are my favourite dinner rolls I have ever made and never fail me, and so long as you use the same cup to measure everything, then you will have no failures. Plus they are very good to freeze for up to a month and you just thaw and heat in the microwave or oven. This recipe is one I got from my sister and I think it’s the only one I wrote down because I didn’t want to forget any detail. They smell amazing while baking and even better when eaten warm or room temperature. For the recipe you will need:
