I am coming here today with another recipe, hoping you checked out my other ones and got to try them. This one is a really simple one and if you love pizza as much as I do then making it just got even easier. This is my easy pizza dough recipe.
Hi guys, spring is starting and am getting excited. On my last month’s update here, I talked about going on holiday and how scary it was for me since I was leaving my son for two weeks and I had never left him ever since I had him and as much as it freaked me out, it was the best decision. I am going to try and make this post as short as possible by probably bombarding you with my holiday photos that I managed to take when I remembered. This is my visit to Kenya holiday roundup.
When we were planning to go visit Croatia last year, I thought of how my husband and son would go by themselves and I would visit my parents instead. At first, it sounded crazy and I ignored it for a while until I started thinking about it more and decided I was going to do it and see how it all goes. So a few months later, I started planning my trip.
If you read my 20 random facts about me post, you already know am Kenyan and my whole family is there so my destination was obviously going to be Kenya. I started telling my son when I was going and how long I was going for just for him to be ready, my mother in-law came to visit at the same time so that she would be able to spend more time with her grandson and help take care of him while my husband was at work. I arrived in Nairobi very early and shocked my family in the early hours, it was a very good surprise.
I hope everyone is having a great start of the week, as for my post today it’s all about chicken. Who doesn’t love a good chicken roast? I know I do. When I used to make roasted chicken, it used to have a mind of its own and either overcook or just turn out wrong but after multiple tries, I finally found my way of making the tastiest chicken and the best part is, the oven does all the work for you. This is my tasty roasted chicken recipe.
Almost everyone who starts a blog reaches a point where they start thinking of how they can make some money while doing what they love, after all blogging is work and it takes time and effort. As much as some people may think that it’s nothing other than just writing whatever, I tend to disagree because by the time you think of what to write, then write it and then edit and find images, that is work. So when you hit publish, you know that you are proud of what you have done but will still have to go and do it all over again. That’s why if you think about it, shouldn’t you at least try to make some money from doing it? Plus a little extra money never hurt anyone. I have some few ways on how to monetize your blog.
If you already have some products that you use all the time and have even reviewed once or twice, why not make some extra money from them. All you have to do is find companies that relate to your niche and see if they have an affiliate program or if there is an online store that you always shop at, also check it and sign up. Once you do that, your job is to do honest reviews and try to tell your readers why you bought it, or how will it help them and if someone thinks they could do with that product, then buying it earns you a commission. At the end of it, it doesn’t cost the reader anything when you tell them about what you like only if they decide to try it out. There are many companies with affiliate programs nowadays, don’t miss out.

We have all been there, where you know you really have to have a post up and then you get to sit down to start writing and nothing like literally nothing comes to mind, and so you just end up disappointed, frustrated and even start questioning why you even started a blog in the first place. Here we are again, another month another update. Last month I wrote an update on how my month had been here and decided that I would continue with updates each month in order to track my progress and see whether I achieved any goals I put out and add other goals for this month and what I will be doing better. February has been busy but worth it. This is a glance at February-My Monthly Update.
I am happy to say that I have maintained the weight I lost and will continue going at it to prevent disappointment. My son is adjusting with his school and is enjoying it more, which shows from all the stories he tells. This week, I am going for vacation for the first time ever since I had my son. Can you believe that? like I will be all alone without hearing “MUMMY MUMMY” non-stop which if you think about it, should be relaxing but is freaking the hell out of my life.
I have never left my son alone from when I had him and I thought it would be easy but it’s not. I am so into routines that I don’t even know how I will function, all I know is that I just might make too many phone calls which will make my family hide my phone or something like that, I have promised myself that I will really try and relax and enjoy every minute of my vacation without over thinking everything. Hopefully I stick to the plan and don’t end up regretting why I didn’t make it worth-while. I will be making a post about that when I get back.
So you’ve been thinking for a long time whether or not you should start a blog and already decided that you are ready to go ahead, but then there comes the issue on picking your niche. What will you write about, will you have different types of topics or will you stick on one particular one or will you be more adventurous and pick around four topics. Either way choosing your niche should not drive you crazy it just might be easier than you think. These are the answers you need when choosing your niche.
According to the dictionary, a niche is a comfortable or suitable position in life or employment. So let’s get started and see what you need to find your niche.
What are you passionate about? What do you think strongly of? That’s what you should be looking into, finding your passion can be difficult at times since you may just really love a lot of things that you can’t be able to select a number. What you should do is take a pen and paper and write everything and I mean everything that you are really passionate about and makes you really happy when you think about it. After you have finished writing your list, go through it and check whether there are any subjects that have similarities with each other. Put all that have similarities together and within no time, you will notice that you will have different categories and all you will have to do is choose the one with more points to the other and find one title that sums it all up.
I hope your week is going on just fine. This week I decided to revisit a recipe I used to make but then kind of neglected it for a while. As I had said before in my other post here, my son is allergic to milk and we thought it would have disappeared once he turned 2 then three and now he is almost four but clearly it’s just chilling on the side lines saying “Am still here” and will not disappear anytime soon. Hi guys, I am so excited to be able to share with you this recipe. I have been making this pasta sauce for quite some time now and after lots of tweaking, it’s a keeper. The best part of this recipe is that I use an array of spices which makes it rich and tasty and you can use it in so many other dishes, lasagna, sloppy joes, chilli and it’s also good to freeze. Hi everyone, can you believe how fast this week is going? So today was one of those days where the weather decided to just do its own thing. It’s either raining, drizzling or too windy and believe me, it’s not pleasant at all. Well, I ended up forgetting my umbrella when I went to pick up my son from school and the rain decided that it was the best time to pour down the minute I started walking, like really? That’s when I thought of this title eat, spray, love like honestly.
Anyway, now that I’ve let that out, let’s talk about perfume. I mean who doesn’t love smelling good. Today, I noticed that some of my perfumes were either not really moving amount wise and another was almost finished and made me think on how many times I may be choosing one from another.
