MINI TORTILLA CRUST PIZZAS

MINI TORTILLA CRUST PIZZAS

So,

Can you believe how fast this week has gone by? It’s almost the weekend and the weather is really not doing me any favours this time. I have literally been rained on every school run and it seems like it’s not going to settle down anytime soon. I am back today with a continuation of my recipe week 1 posts with these mini tortilla crust pizzas. Yes, the season calls for soups, hearty stews and everything gingerbread and I know that but this was long overdue. I hope you do understand, it’s not going to be a full week of recipes like last time but I will be throwing one once in a while to support my channel.  For these mini tortilla crust pizzas, you will need;

MINI TORTILLA CRUST PIZZAS

Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Pizza sauce
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Mozzarella cheese

METHOD

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C
  • Using a cookie cutter or a cup like me, cut out tortilla rounds depending on the size of your cupcake trays.
  • Once that’s done, press them into your greased cupcake trays to fit in the moulds and set aside.
  • Meanwhile in a small bowl, pour in your pizza sauce, teaspoon of onion, garlic powder and Italian seasoning and give it a mix.
  • Now take your pepperoni slices and cut them up to the size you wish, I couldn’t find mini ones so had to chop mine but mini ones work perfectly.
  • Then start assembling, first goes the sauce, then the cheese and then finally the pepperoni.
  • Into the oven until the cheese is all melted and you’re done, take them out and let them rest on a rack.
  • Be careful because the sauce inside is pretty hot, once cooled.
  • Serve and enjoy.

  1. Seems easy enough for me that shies away from anything to do with flour lol. Will replace the beef with shrimp but all doable. Great recipe!

  2. Be right back.. heading to the store for the ingredients because these look so delicious. I’m a huge fan of pepperoni anything and these look like they would hit the spot for lunch time! Thank you for sharing this fun and easy recipe!

  3. I am fairly confident that it has rained every single day in January except for maybe one day. It has been a bit ridiculous this year! Also, I love this recipe that you shared – it looks like it would be a huge hit for the entire family! Plus you could let everyone choose their own toppings! You could possibly even do a breakfast option with eggs and bacon or sausage.

    1. Yes the breakfast one is always a hit I wanted to do it but sadly I have a sensitivity to eggs and my son is allergic to them so I stick with other options.
