Hello Everyone!

Instead of stressing about a massive “Deep Clean,” I like to follow a “Gentle Reset” routine. It’s about clearing the clutter so you can actually enjoy the last few days of the year without feeling overwhelmed. Here is my simple, step-by-step guide to getting your home (and your sanity) back in order with the post-Christmas reset.
Before you do anything else, grab a large bin bag and do a quick sweep of the main living areas. Clear away all the ripped paper, empty boxes, and plastic packaging. It’s amazing how much “space” you get back just by removing the trash. If you have high-quality gift bags or ribbons, put them in one designated box to reuse next year—but if it’s crumpled, let it go!
Gosh! It’s been a while since I have come on here. A lot has been happening and all for the better, been cooking lots of food, trying to keep up with all my content and managing with the lockdown. I hope you’ve all been great and are staying safe, I am here today with a recipe that is one of my favourites to make and never disappoints. If you’re a pasta lover and need some inspiration for a great weeknight meal, then this chicken pasta with bacon and spinach in a creamy tomato sauce is definitely for you. I mean what’s not to like? Anything with bacon is a win for me and pair it with a creamy sauce and you’ve knocked it off the park. I was never a pasta lover before and my kids tend to be picky every week but this recipe has changed it all for me.

There are so many questions parents ask themselves once they start a family and the children start growing up. As much as the fun activities you do with your child at home are important in supporting their learning and development, they do have a lasting effect as they go on through school. When your child is still young and not able to talk yet, helping them to understand new words and ideas by talking to them does help. By just taking some time every day to do some of these activities with your child will really make a difference in your child’s confidence and learning abilities, making you one proud mother. Here are some tips on how to help with your child’s learning.

How was your weekend? I hope it was great and are ready for another week. We are also doing fine and just going on with homeschooling as usual. We’ve actually been informed that schools will still remain closed and the earliest they would be allowed to open may be the beginning of March, so fingers crossed. Anyway, I hope you’re all hanging in there and taking it one day at a time. Today’s post is all about 10 ways to be a good mother and be proud of it. This is by far something that almost every mother worries about and thinks whether they are doing it right or wrong. I am just going to jump straight ahead and share some with you.

As promised, I am back with another recipe for you and if you’re new here, hello and welcome to my site. Do check out my buttermilk fried chicken sandwich first then come back and join me. I hope you all had a great Easter and as much as it was mostly indoors for most of us, I am sure it treated you well. For today’s post, it’s all about one pot wonders and this one is great if you’re not really in the mood of thinking of what to prepare and it’s also perfect to include in your meal planning. This is my one pot chicken and rice recipe, for this you will need;

I hope you all had a good weekend and enjoyed the rain that poured all through it. If you’ve been reading or following my blog, then you already know that I have a Youtube channel mainly based on my homecooked meals and still related to my blog. Due to not being able to keep up with the posting and recording, I have decided to do something different and give you all my recipes this week. So yes I will be bombarding you with a delicious recipe everyday until I come up with others. I hope you do like this idea and I am going to start you off with these soft chewy oat biscuits.

Happy new month everyone, I hope you all had a lovely weekend and enjoyed the heatwave that followed. Today I’m back with a new post for you and it’s a joyful one this time. Who doesn’t want to feel happy all the time? I know life happens and it might seem impossible to just be happy one time and stay that way all day but it is possible and you can do it. You’ve heard about the “I’ll be happy when” syndrome, so long as you keep on waiting for something to happen or something to arrive for you to be happy, that’s when you mess things up. You have to be happy first and feel good in order for it to come, the best part is it’s really not that difficult, here are a few ways on how to feel happier now.

Hello everyone, I hope you are all excited for the holiday season. December is on it’s way and I am counting down on how many school runs I have left. Another week calls for another gift guide, I have been adulting lately when it comes to gift guides so today I am here with one for the kids.

So baby boy is almost 4 months old and oh my has it been a journey. I never thought sleep deprivation would feel normal. Anyway I know it will change as he gets older but I sure wish it would happen sooner. The past few months have been quite adventurous to say the least. I’ve had ups and downs, the loudest house on the block, no longer have anything to wear due to spit ups, more poopy diapers than I can count and let’s just say I have accepted that my hair literally stays unkempt for as long as I wish and nobody should and can tell me nothing. I know it’s been a while and after hearing it’s all about the swaddle and that they deliver better and longer sleeps, here is what I think about some I’ve used.
