If you’re a breakfast person and are looking for a go-to filling breakfast, then these healthy oatmeal pancakes are the ones for you. How are you all doing by the way? I hope all is well and are still staying safe, today I am back with a breakfast recipe for you. I first made them when I told myself I was on a diet for like the millionth time and needed breakfast to keep me going for longer and handle my hunger during workouts.

The best part about these is that they are fun to make and if you have little ones who can help you, then they will love these. Not your typical shape since as much as you try to form a perfect circle, they go their own direction and as my mum said “butterfly pancakes” but the taste is worth it.
