From my samosas, chapatis, beef pilau, mandazis and kachumbari. Chips masala/ masala chips whichever way you say it, makes no difference. I still crave them from time to time and making them at home is even more satisfying. SIMPLE HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE PUDDING

SIMPLE HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Hey there,

Another day, another fabulous recipe for you. This time I am calling out all the chocolate lovers out there who just need a chocolatey treat without lots of fuss and takes care of the craving real quick. It’s my simple homemade chocolate pudding recipe, what’s not to love, perfect on its own, topped up with some cream and more chocolate shavings or just add in more flavours if you like but for me, simple is better. There was a debate around my house when it came to the crust forming and no crust and who preferred what, personally I love both and don’t mind at all but if you get a tad bit squeamish then no crust for you then.

This is also a very nice and convenient dessert if you’re entertaining since you can make them ahead and let them refrigerate for a while before serving. Also depending on what type of chocolate you prefer, you can choose to go for a fancy chocolate bar or normal milk chocolate will do too. For this homemade chocolate pudding, you will require;

EASY BAKED GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN WINGS

EASY BAKED GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN WINGS

Hello Everyone,

If you’ve been following my blog for a while now and have seen my recipes, then you already know that I tend to have more chicken recipes than other meats. That’s just because I love chicken and my most favourite will definitely have to be chicken wings. There is just something about eating chicken wings that make me super happy, I can have them plainly roasted, dry-rubbed, sticky, spicy and my recent obsession which are my garlic parmesan chicken wings. They are easy and baked to perfection and finally tossed in some parmesan cheese.

My son also loves chicken wings and as much as he used to make me have to debone them for him, he has now appreciated the satisfaction of eating it on the bone and asks for chicken wings every chance he can get. This recipe is super simple and the outcome doesn’t disappoint, with some small prepping time and the oven at your service, then you will love this recipe. You will need;

BEANS AND SWEETCORN QUESADILLAS

BEANS AND SWEETCORN QUESADILLAS

Hey there,

 Quesadillas are on my mind today and not just simple ones but beans and sweetcorn quesadillas, perfectly spiced, full of flavour and can be whipped up real quick. I ended up refrying my own beans but if you have a favourite brand then you can use that. I usually like my beans to have a bit more texture, not thoroughly mashed and to have a bite too. Quesadillas just have a way of making one happy when it comes to indulging, I mean a tortilla, great filling and cheese and you have yourself, one happy person. Honestly, quesadillas were not something I grew up with and hence never made it to my menu. Nowadays, I ensure that I make some every two weeks with a change-up of ingredients of course. For this recipe, you will need;

HEALTHY OATMEAL PANCAKES

HEALTHY OATMEAL PANCAKES

If you’re a breakfast person and are looking for a go-to filling breakfast, then these healthy oatmeal pancakes are the ones for you. How are you all doing by the way? I hope all is well and are still staying safe, today I am back with a breakfast recipe for you. I first made them when I told myself I was on a diet for like the millionth time and needed breakfast to keep me going for longer and handle my hunger during workouts.

The best part about these is that they are fun to make and if you have little ones who can help you, then they will love these. Not your typical shape since as much as you try to form a perfect circle, they go their own direction and as my mum said “butterfly pancakes” but the taste is worth it. Also once you make the mixture, you will think that it’s either too runny but don’t worry they turn out great. For this recipe, you will need;

EASY ROASTED TOMATO SOUP RECIPE

There is just something about warm, comforting soups that does it for me, especially in the chilly evenings. One of my favourites and most loved soups would have to be my easy roasted tomato soup recipe. Roasting them instead of boiling them just makes a great difference and you retain most of the flavour. If you haven’t tried this version before, then no worries because I am going to share with you my recipe and I know if you’re a soup lover, then ready up the garlic bread because this one is for you. Unlike my butternut squash soup, this one tends to be a lot simpler but very delicious at the same time.
