It’s been a while since I gave you guys a recipe and decided why not? After all I do love my food. This week I got to make my simple, fast and delicious sandwiches. The best part about them is that you can totally add whatever toppings you want to them depending on your preference and you will end up with something good. I usually love using white bread for them but brown works well too. Here is what you need for these open faced tomato & mozzarella sandwiches.
Can you believe it?
It’s almost that time of the year again and we all know what that means, it’s time to start figuring out when to put up that tree, what will be on your menu, will you be hosting or attending and when you should start doing your gift shopping. Usually, I try dropping hints here and there and hope for the best which has never really worked out and will be changing my strategy this year, but if you run out of time and have no idea what you could get for the special woman/women in your life, here is a great list on some holiday gift guide ideas for her and I hope you like them as much as I do.
So you’ve read all about starting a blog, decided to start one and are now publishing posts every week hoping and wishing that everything works out fine and that you will not regret your decision. We all hope for the best in our blogging endeavours but you also come to realise real quick that blogging does take a lot of work and planning. This can either be a good or bad thing for you depending on where you want to take your blog and how serious you are about it. So I came on here today to give you 5 reasons why your blog might fail and see if any of them apply to you.
As I said before,
There is a lot of planning and work involved when it comes to blogging and as much as I would want to sugar coat it and say we will all make it, I can’t because that would depend on whether or not you came into it for the right reasons or not. So without rumbling anymore, let me just get into it and start with the first reason.
So why don’t I stay to read your blog?
I’ve been blogging for nine months now and boy has it been a journey, from learning something new almost everyday, to doing research, getting frustrated at times and correcting mistakes along the way. All in all, it’s been great and as much as I love finding new blogs to read and follow, there are certain things within some blogs that just make me leave within seconds of visiting the blog. Sounds harsh but I’m going to be honest and tell you the reasons why I don’t stay to read your blog.
I hope you all had a lovely weekend and starting this week off right, another week calls for another post and today I decided to come on here and share with you a recipe of one of my delicious bites that I love to make. Samosas are great when it comes to entertaining or even as snacks and the best part is that you can make the filling with whatever your heart desires so long as it’s edible. I used meat in mine but if you’re a vegetarian, you can use potatoes and peas or a medley of your favourite vegetables and you’re good to go. This is how to make my tasty homemade beef samosas.
Hello everyone. I know it’s been a while and I’m happy to be back. The past two weeks have been tough dealing with being sick and just not feeling great at all. But now I am a bit better and getting back to feeling like myself again which is the best feeling ever. This post today is for those people who just started blogging and are still figuring out how to increase their page views without selling their souls or having to buy something to get the information they need. So here is how to increase your blog’s page views if you are a newbie blogger. In case you missed my post on the mistakes I did before launching my blog, do check it out here.
Blogging is really like a hit or miss sometimes whereby what may work for one blogger may not necessarily work for you and that is totally fine. There’s no point of beating yourself up if you tried what another person did and it just didn’t work. All you have to do is regroup and find new strategies that will work for you. I’m just going to stop rumbling here and get on with the main points, clearly it’s been a while since I wrote a post.
I hope that you all had a lovely weekend and are ready to rinse and repeat. Last week was all over the place for me, my son is starting school and I’m happy for him and nervous at the same time too. So since it’s going to be school errands every single day, I really don’t have the energy to be making my hair every single day and that’s where my protective styles come in and rescue my life for a month or two. Natural hair is not a joke and the struggle is real, so giving my hair a rest from all the twist outs and flat twists is necessary. I know there are various kinds of hairstyles out there but these are my go to protective hairstyles for natural hair.
I hope you’re all having a great day so far, today I’m coming on here with another scrumptious recipe for all you food lovers out there. I don’t even know why I removed this recipe from my menu but no problem because it’s back now. Who doesn’t love burgers, I know I do so I’m sharing with you my delicious oven baked juicy turkey burgers that will make you want to make them every week and you should, because life is too short not to have a delicious burger, if you missed my twist on a Hawaiian pizza, do check it out.
I hope you all had a great weekend and are starting this week on a right note. Today I decided to come on here and share with you some of the things I wish I had done before launching my blog. My blog is just seven months old, so I’m still a newbie and it hasn’t been easy, this blogging gig is not a joke but I’m getting a hang of it and learning something new everyday. Blogging has been such a great journey and I wouldn’t want it to be any other way, I now know why I started blogging and that it was the right decision to make. So now that I’ve finished my speech(clap! clap!), let’s get back to the topic of the mistakes I made before launching my blog.
I hope you’re all doing great, the weather here has been really frustrating, sunny one day and rainy the next four which is annoying, but we just have to roll with it. This week I’ve been really into baking and trying out different kinds of desserts or bites to make and after my marinara sauce and biscuits, I decided to give a sandwich cake a try and see how it would turn out and I am happy to say it was a success and can’t wait to make it again. So why not share my recipe with you guys , it’s really simple and doesn’t take long at all. This is my chocolate sandwich cake recipe, I hope you like it.
